DRAWBRIDGE
Happy 2009!!

This is the beginning of a picture of a drawbridge I have done using GollyGee Blocks. The actual moving part of the bridge is shown in a blue grid pattern. I did this scene because it illustrates how to build using a module and the copy function to do repetitive tasks.
To make the basic bridge module:

Turn Stack and magnet on
Click the ? icon in the shapes menu (this allows you to make a shape of any size in two steps: (1) select shape, using mouse drag lay out base and click; (2) drag mouse to lay out shape height and click. You will see an arrow which tells you which way you are going.
Next choose platform in shapes menu and using the same technique as in the previous step, lay out your bridge road. Start this layout with your mouse pointed at the point on the foundation piece and layout width the same as that piece. Then move mouse up or down for road depth.
You can now copy this module. Line up succeeding modules to make a bridge. You can also turn the modules using the turn icon in the move menu.
