It’s a program for toddlers to type with. Most of us with kids have had the experience of typing away at our word processor or email and our kids wanting to try it for themselves. I used to make a new window with a large font for my kids to type in by themselves, and I decided to write a program to make that easier.

Big Typer starts out with a nice big window with a good sized font to type in. Typing things makes pleasant sounds, something that won’t drive a parent nuts like some of the other kids software out there (I swear they all use the same Boing sound, too).

Big Typer also has a really cool feature: a button to make the computer say what’s been typed using the built in speech synthesis. Press the Speak balloon on the bottom and hear your computer talk! It’s quite fun.

So check out Big Typer on the Mac App Store!

Available now in the Mac App Store!

GollyGee Blocks is available now in the Mac App Store!

GollyGee's New Website!

<dc:subject>News</dc:subject>

We have a new website!
